PLEASE HELP ME, IVE ASKED THIS Q LIKE 10 TIMES How can I set up my own Email Reminder Program?? BEST ANSWER!!!? How can I set up my own Email Reminder Program? I have a small business and would like to send my clients email reminders, to inform them that there product has expired, once ever three years and once every five years. I would have to put their email info in, then program the email message to be sent at a specific date, either 5 or 3 years into the future. Is there Something like this out there already? Would this be easy to set Up. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND that i would have to be able to guarentee that my clients email adresses and information would be kept 100% SECURE. If there is something like this out there it would have to be 100% secure and free, or I don;t mind setting my own service or program up, if it is not a difficult thing to do. Thanks for Everything PS I WILL BE SELECTING A BEST ANSWER, AND IF IT IS HELPFUL WILL GO ON TO YOUR OTHER ANSWERS AND GIVE THEM THUMBS UP. thanks again
Best reminder program? I need a program that will remind me three times a day, everyday of a certain task. What is the best program for that?
How to develop a program that monitors when you Log Off of a computer so it can post a reminder, etc.? I seem to forget my USB key on computers in university labs, and it's caused me to lose a couple already. I may be forgetful, but I would like to make a program that would monitor when I click Log Off on a windows machine and either display a message telling me to remove my USB key, or stop me from logging off so I can. I don't know where I would find this kind of functionality, and NO, I don't have Admin privileges, so I can't do something as nice as this: http://4sysops.com/archives/never-forget-your-usb-stick-again/ I'd probably do something like edit my USB Key's Autorun.inf setting this program as the startup program. What can I do? Does something like this already exist? P.S. I also deal alot with logging off of Novell systems, so this might make the Log Off button work differently. I don't know how that would change things, but hopefully it wouldn't. I should also mention that the computers I generally plug in to have autoplay already set up and as far as I've seen, the programs that I do have set up to autoplay on my usb key have always started without my prompting. I'm looking for something specific related to either .NET development or Win32 APIs that I could look up related to monitoring Log Off on computers. I don't know quite where this is watched, but I would imagine that there's a good chance it's something that I could subscribe to using delegates, I just don't know where. And then again, I could be way off. I know Symantec Antivirus will tell you to remove a floppy disk from the drive when you click shut down, so I know it can be done, I just don't know how deep into the system I need to be in order to get this type of functionality.

Is there a program that will email me reminders of things to do? I'm looking for a program that will take a "Things to Do" list and email me reminders to do them. How can I tell if my PC is running a program in the background? Regarding Window Blinds 5? I have installed Window Blinds 5 on my PC, it didn't work right. So I uninstalled it. After trying to uninstall the program it creates problems with Windows. So I have to leave the program installed on my PC. However...I just told Window Blinds to use the default Windows XP settings skin. The little reminder that was popping up on the start-up screen telling me to buy the product after my 60 day trial period is no longer appearing. And I don't see the Window Blinds Icon in the taskbar by the clock. Does this mean that the software is not running on Start Up anymore? How can I tell if the program would still be running in the background? Thanks...

I need to get rid of a weird computer program called system security and could someone tell me how? This program is called 'System Security' and its symbol is a round object with yellow and black stripes. It randomly installed itself yesterday and it is really annoying me now. It constantly comes up with reminders that are saying that I've got weird viruses on my computer and some of these viruses are obviously not there. I cannot find a way to get rid of it and would be very grateful for any help. Thanks, Christian
What application or program would enable me to make notes about and be accessible to the site or page I am on? This happens all the time: I am on a website, and I want to make some quick notes about something on the page. Using Favorites is not enough; I need to have a way to write a mental reminder about the subject I am viewing that can be accessible wherever I am on the internet ( or off it). I would really appreciate some ideas both free applications or programs and stuff I'd have to purchase. I was hoping it could be similar to a bookmark but be a window within a window and permit me to write about what I have selected and to create subcategories, if I want to. I really need this because I do a great deal of research....help!

How do you remove a reminder on your computer that doesn't seem to be related to any relevant software? On my computer, I keep getting a box that pops up and says, "Reminder Sunday, October 8th....etc." And then it goes on to ask if I would like to check the latest internet offers. It gives me three choices, "Yes." "Not right now." "No, don't ask me again." But when I click on those choices, there is no "Ok" button or "Proceed" or even an x in the corner, it is just a blank box. What can I do to get rid of it? I tried the Microsoft anti-spyware thing and anti-virus programs too...any ideas?
You think Chase and Citibank credit cards didnt send a bill reminder email so they can charge late fees? This month I did not receive a reminder to check my statement. They keep sending you email to enroll solely in electronic communication so you have no record. I always pay in full and on time and I use the maximum of their rewards programs, so I'm probably not a profitable customer for them. With all the financial trouble lately, I wouldn't be surprised if someone in the chain 'ordered' someone to do something. I know Chase and Citibank are the type of companies where bottom line is very important and if a fraction of the people don't reverse / notice the charge, then it would be very profitable for the particular group in this financial quarters results. Anyone notice this? You can google credit card stories on how they will wait until the last minute to post your payment, so they can hit you with the fees. This to me seems like a good way to also do it. "We sent the email, our records say! Pay the late fee!" And yes I checked my junk mail box.
