Health monitoring software / diary? At the moment, I find that a) I am getting a lot of minor illnesses and b) I often seem to get adverse reactions to food. I'd like to investigate both these situations a bit more scientifically that I have to date. Is anyone aware of any software / products out there that help me do this? Anyone have a time-management/diary software recommendation? I am looking for something to help me transition from the college/slacker time schedule I've had for the last 7 years (undergraduate and graduate degree now obtained). I want a small application that I can put on my phone or flash drive (so that it's personal), so I can record messages to myself about when I waste time and how and set reminders to do things (like dishes and chores). I have MS Project and I've tried some other similar programs; they seem to complicated. I just want something that will allow me to enter in daily my activities (so I can see gaps in my productivity) and that will send me emails /text messages/ pop-up reminders with encouraging phrases, goals, or other supportive messages.

Diary/calendar and accounting software all in one? I am freelance and work all over the place. I have recently started using an online calendar to help my family keep track of what i'm doing. It occurred to me that it would be great to be able to enter what i'm earning from each job and for it to automatically generate what i'm earning. At the moment I enter what i've earnt into an excel spreadsheet and its a real pain. Does anyone know of any software that can make my life easier and is preferably free? Thanks.
