How do you remove a reminder on your computer that doesn't seem to be related to any relevant software? On my computer, I keep getting a box that pops up and says, "Reminder Sunday, October 8th....etc." And then it goes on to ask if I would like to check the latest internet offers. It gives me three choices, "Yes." "Not right now." "No, don't ask me again." But when I click on those choices, there is no "Ok" button or "Proceed" or even an x in the corner, it is just a blank box. What can I do to get rid of it? I tried the Microsoft anti-spyware thing and anti-virus programs too...any ideas?

Any good, and preferably free, Bill (or due date) reminder software? I'm constantly forgeting bills and often missing payments by a day of so and thus coping a fee. Yes I know that simple solutions are pay when you get them (not always possible) etc. But thats not always possible. What i'm after is something that gives me a reminder that a bill is due and can also be set up for reoccuring bills eg monthly insurance payments etc. Does anybody have any decent suggestions? When building a website with flash software, the back button takes you out of the site. How do I fix this? In other words, when I try to navigate using the back button (arrow) it takes me completely out of the website back to Yahoo. I can navigate around the website using the link buttons. But I think most people visiting the site will use the back button and thus lose the site. I'm trying to make it more user friendly. What am I missing? Just as a reminder it is flash software. At the moment I am using a mixture of Microsoft Outlook tasks and an Access database to manage leases and other connected documents, emails and due dates. Software for taking a break from computer? My doctor recommended I take frequent breaks (after 1hr of computer usage). Does anyone know of any application that does this, that will pretty much disable the computer and force me to do something else.
