Can any recommend me some software to record my diary electronically?

As stated. Please state if it is a freeware of shareware

1. Any word processor on the face of the planet. OpenOffice(free), Microsoft Word, heck even Notepad
2. You can just use Wordpad or Notepad that come with Windows. If you need security, you could always get an archiver program later on such as WinZip or WinRar. Those are shareware and allow you to lock the archives using a password.
