can anyone tell me about best software of personal diary in computer?

actualy i have some softwares about computer diary bt problem is that when i save and put my all data in diary after one or two months these softwares are going to registatioan or ask me for serial number, code. if anyone have personal dairy softweres wich dont ask me about registaration or serial number. and not going to end. thnx
