whats the best free software that i can use for organizing and time management?

help!i can't decide which software to use in organizing and scheduling because it seems they are too many and i dont know much about each of them. basically, i want a software that is easy to use and understand and can be installed in desktop computers running windows xp. and it must have the following features: - can create a daily,weekly,monthly,even yearly time schedule - can organize my appointments and daynotes,occasions,meetings or even work related tasks, savings, and diff. accounts (bank acc,e-mails,bills) with alarms or reminders and calendar of course - can manage my different lists(e.g to-do-lists. to-buy-lists, priority lists, etc.) also, if possible, i wish to have a personal note or diary with it which is password protected or can be viewed privately, one of which i can put my special notes (like favourite quotes for the day, or any personal writing, photo moments etc.) thanks.any answer is very much appreciated.:-)
