Desktop Calendar Software

Help me with my Palm m125 please?

Is there any way I can sync my m125 with Outlook without having to use the Palm Desktop Software? I just want to be able to sync the contact list and calendar between the two. So if I write something in my Palm it will add it to my computer and if I write something in my computer it will add it to my palm. I am hoping that there is a way I can do this through XP and not have to use another software.
