Best program to export Outlook data to Mac?

Hi everyone, A friend of mine needs help transferring her Outlook calendar, contacts from her Dell desktop running XP to her new MacBook Pro running Leopard. I've searched the net and found a few programs, but wanted to get a consensus here instead. Any software suggestions that makes this job EASY? Thanks in advance for your help with this! Dan

1. Never done it before but you can save contacts as a CSV file. This is just a standard text delimited file. If she can import that into a Mac then you don't have to pay anything.
