How can you update Outlook with standard dates found in paper diaries?

I've switched to using an electronic diary but find it annoying that they don't give information on, for example, when bank holidays are or when the clocks go back/forward. I know it is possible to import dates into Outlook through vCalendar or iCalendar files. Does anyone know how I could get hold of such a file that will allow me to update my calendar for 2007 with such dates?
