Is there a Personal Planner/Calendar software?

I need a decent 'personal planner' program preferably with a calendar and reminder/alarm features. Any recommendations? Many thanks.

Features that I like: Calendar (Schedule) To Do list Notes ( allows for light formatting) Contacts (allows you to enter personal/professional information and attach a picture for each entry) Reminders allow you to set it to go off with a custom message and even use an MP3 as th reminder sound (allows for a .wav file or the default sound.)
